LEXINGTON: Betty Louise Larick peacefully passed away Thursday evening, January 14, 2016 in Lexington Court Care Center following an extended illness. She was 92.
She was born October 12, 1923 to parents Frederick & Daisy (Keiter) Dreher in Bucyrus and graduated from Bucyrus High School. On August 17, 1941, she married Dale Edward Larick and together they settled in Lexington.
Betty worked at Essex (Hamilton Standard) in Lexington for over 16 years. In spare time, she took pleasure in sewing, woodworking, and camping at Silver Tops and Pioneer Rolling Wheels.
She is survived by her loving husband of 74 years, Dale Larick of Lexington; a daughter Gayle Parker of Lexington; and numerous other extended family members.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters Sharon Larick and Brenda Kunge; three sisters Mary Ruth, Ruth McBride, and Elsie Williams; and two brothers Jason Dreher and August Dreher.
A private urn burial will be held at a later date in Lexington Cemetery.
