  • Rick, Randy and Shari. I wanted to let you all know that our thoughts and prayers are with you as you prepare to lay your Mom to rest. I have many fond memories of Uncle Don and Aunt Betty from childhood. Although we haven’t seen you in a while, thoughts come flooding back from time to time of visits to Grandpa and Grandmas while you were there and your Mom’s contagious laugh! As it is so hard to lose your parents, remember that she is not gone, just out of your sight for a while as she is now in Heaven with her Savior and Uncle Don waiting for you guys. My heart is heavy and I wish I could see you all in person, but circumstances with Mom and Dad prohibit us from coming to you but I wanted to say that we are sending our love to your family from all of our families in Monroe County! She was the last of that generation of Ritchie’s and I pray that the chain stays intact and we don’t lose all contact with each other. Harry and Mearl both have my phone number if you should need anything. Take care and may God wrap His arms around you and bring you comfort in the days ahead.

  • My deepest sympathy to the Ritchie family on the loss of your Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

  • What a wonderful video! (yes, it is a keepsake!) May the blessings of our Lord and Saviour bring peace and comfort to all of the family members and friends of Betty L. Ritchie.
