  • My family lived adjacent to the Chapmans, when my children were growing up. Betty was a wonderful mother, friend and neighbor. We remember her fondly. She was a devoted Christian and was a blessing to my sons and I. Blessings to her family.

  • My thoughts and prayers to all the Chapman family. All us nephews and nieces love Aunt Betty and will miss her a lot. But I look forward to seeing her, Uncle Dean, Keith and Jim again as our Lord has promised. Sincerely, Brad Pence

  • Betty was the model Christian woman in my eyes, and I looked to her as the kind of Christian woman I wanted to be. After We moved from Delaware, I tried to visit Betty at Sarah Moore on some of my visits back there. She was always so sweet and appreciative of anything done for her. She is happy now. My condolences to the family for your loss.

  • I regret very much that I missed the calling hours for Betty. I have many fond memories of her and the entire Chapman family from decades ago when we all were growing up. I must admit that I had not seen Betty for many years. I remember that she was the “glue” that held that family together with 6 boys. My sympathies are with Brent, Cathy, Steve, Cheryl, Mark, Dan and Terri.

  • My sympathy and condolences to you boys and your families! We were long time neighbors on old Troy Road! We shared hard times and many good times! Your mother was respected and loved by all of us who knew her! My love to you all!
