Betty A. Eames, 83 of Sunbury, died Saturday afternnon (July 28, 2001) at Edgewood Manor of Westerville.
She was born in Akron on January 1, 1918 to the late James and Evelyn (Hoernschemeyer) Kloth. She grew up in Glendale and had lived in the Sunbury area for 12 years coming from Plano, Texas. Member of the Piecekeepers Quilting Club and enjoyed bird watching.
Survived by her husband of 52 years: Fred M. Eames and they were married August 12, 1948 in Glendale. Son: Marshall (Angeles) Eames of Chicago; Daughter: Leslie (David) Wolford of Sunbury. 6 Grandchildren: Luisa, Briana & Anthony Eames, Jennifer, Jessica & Jacqueline Wolford. Brothers: James Kloth of Glendale and Thomas Kloth of Cincinnati.
Preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Dick, Jack and Bob; 1 Sister: Jane Ann Pence.
Memorial services and interment will take place at a later date. Arrangements in care of DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury.
