Barbara E. Worner

BELLVILLE: Barbara E. Worner, age 75, of Bellville passed away Tuesday evening December 13, 2011 in Country Court Care Center, Mt. Vernon.
She was born August 30, 1936 in Richland County the daughter of Tom and Maude (Morrison) Rinehart, and was graduated from Bellville High School.
On December 13, 1955 she married Russel Worner, having just celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary.
Barb had worked at Therm-O-Disc since the 1970’s, retiring in 2001.
She was a member of the Sunny South Ladies Club, and enjoyed mushroom hunting and camping with her family. She and Russ particularly enjoyed the Bob Evans Campground Farm Festival, and trips to Pennsylvania and Michigan.
She is survived by her husband Russel Worner of Bellville, three sons Ralph, George and Joe Worner, two daughters and sons-in-law Patti and Ralph Fry and Carol and Keith Bechtel all of Bellville; five grandchildren Cora, Cash, Brandi, Phillip and Rusty; three great grandchildren Aliva, Gage and Parker; six siblings and their spouses Wanetta Shoemaker, Jack and Mary Louise Rinehart, Paul and Hannahlaura Rinehart, Joanne Williams, Joyce Perry, and Susan and Loren Thompson; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jake and Lois Worner, along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Barb was preceded in death by two sisters Iris Parker and Ladonna Livingston, and a brother Dicky Rinehart.
Friends may call today, Thursday, December 15, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the Bellville Snyder Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held Friday at 11 am. Wesley Dingus will speak and burial will follow in Bellville Cemetery.
Memorial contributions to the Jefferson Township-Bellville Rescue Squad may be made through the funeral home.
