Ardella G. Butterbaugh Staats

Ardella G. Butterbaugh Staats, 91, left quietly to her spirit home on December 13, 2018.  She was steadfast in her faith and was ready for the journey.

Born September 4, 1927 to JB and Sadie Butterbaugh.  She spent most of her life in central Ohio. Ardella was a registered nurse and was in the last class of Nurse Cadets in WW2 to graduate from Riverside White Cross in Columbus. She was given the privilege of going on an Honor Flight to Washington DC in 2013.  She spent 28 years as an independent sales person for Stanley Home Products.

Survived by children, Frank Staats and Cindy (Ed) Little.  Grandchildren – David (Tina) Little, Kristina Reed, Michelle Staats, Tony Staats, Melissa (Steve) Coburn – 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren, siblings Romota Ridenour, Gay Hedges and Joseph Butterbaugh.

Proceeded in death by husband, Ralph House, ex-husbands Russell L. Staats and Willard Donahey, son Russell A. Staats, great-grandson Donavan Little, brothers Dale, George and Raymond Butterbaugh, sisters Bonnie Butterbaugh, Dora Arras, Jearlee Spurgeon and Neva Louis and special friend Eugene Brown.
