Ann Jensen, age 72 of Centerburg, died Sunday evening at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville.
She was born on June 24, 1938 in Boston, Mass. to the late George Henry and Dorothy (Sears) Minor. She has been a resident of the Centerburg area since 1979 coming from New Hampshire.
Ann was very active in raising, breeding and showing Airedale Terriers and Lakeland Terriers. Member of the Airedale Terrier Club of America, Lakeland Terrier Club of America and former member of the Columbus All Breed Training Club. Ann and her husband have been involved with Airedales since 1967 and have had numerous champions. Ann also enjoyed NASCAR races and followed Kasey Kahne on the circuit. She was a 1961 graduate of the Columbia University Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years: Jack and they were married November 11, 1961 in Buffalo. NY; son: Tim (Jennifer) Jensen of Centerburg; daughter: Kim Jensen of Columbus; grandsons: Nicholas, Ian, Alex; brothers: Edward and John Minor; sister: Deborah Minor.
Proceeded in death by brother: Clark Minor.
