Angelo J. Salini, age 68, of Centerburg died Saturday, September 30, 2006 at Country View of Sunbury.

He was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 11, 1937, to Mary Evelyn (Grandominico) Salini of Centerburg and the late Alexander J. Salini. Angelo was a construction worker, contracting through the Alum Creek Construction Workers Union. He was also a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Sunbury.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his Sister: Sylvia Demko of Reynoldsburg, Nieces & Nephews: Deborah (Danny) Hinty, Carl (Shellie) Demko, Mary Doersam, LouAnn Canini, and Alexander (Liz) Salini, 16 Great Nieces & Nephews, and 6 Great-Great Nieces & Nephews, Uncles: Anthony (Louise) Grandominico, Joseph (Eilene) Grandominico both of Galena, Aunts: Lucy Henthorne of Mt. Vernon, Edith Masters of Marysville, and Josephine Dauer of Westerville.

He was preceded in death by his Uncle: Ernist Grandominico, and Aunts: Vivian Cooper, Elizabeth Winko, Mary Ellen Barber, Rose Ricci, and Paulina Evans.

The family will greet friends Monday from 5-8 p.m., prayer services 7:00 at DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, (SR 3 at SR 61) Sunbury. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 275 Carter’s Corner Rd., Sunbury, with Rev. David Sizemore Celebrant, internment St. Joseph Cemetery.
