Peg Hamilton Willis

MANSFIELD ~ Peg Hamilton Willis, formerly of Marlow Place, passed away Thursday morning January 28, 2010 in Winchester Terrace. She was 94.
Born December 24, 1915 in Marion to Herbert and Nellie (Maxwell) Gruber, she was graduated from Marion Harding High School, and shortly thereafter moved to Mansfield.
A homemaker, she was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Sandy Letizia (Robert) Rahall of The Villages, FL, her son Don Hamilton of Mansfield; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a step son Fred (Barb) Willis of Fort Myers, FL; a step daughter Linda (Tom) Mast of Bellville; a number of step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; a brother Merle Gruber of Richwood; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Herman Hamilton in 1977; her second husband Fred Willis in 1999; her son-in-law David Letizia; her daughter-in-law Linda Hamilton; a sister Nan Workman and a brother John Gruber.
Her family will receive friends Saturday, January 30, 2010 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Finefrock Chapel of the Marion Avenue Snyder Funeral Home, 350 Marion Avenue (Former Finefrock Funeral Home), where her funeral service will follow at 11:30 a.m. The Rev. Dr. Pentti Maki will officiate. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
