Bailey Rae Adkins, 4 months of Fredericktown, died unexpectedly Tuesday (March 26, 2002) at Morrow County Hospital Emergency Room in Mt. Gilead.
She was born in Cleveland on October 29, 2001 and was the daughter of Ray and Danielle (Patrick) of Fredericktown. In addition to her parents she is survived by Brother: Jacob at home; Grandparents: Doug and Cindy Patrick of Delaware, Herman and Aggie Adkins of Fredericktown; Great Grandparents: Mary Arledge of Radnor, Harold and Carol Phillips of Delaware, Berlin Patrick of Springboro; Great Great Grandparents: Edna Kirk of Springboro, Frances Phillips of Mt. Vernon. Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, 75 W. William St. (SR36) Delaware where services will be held Friday 1 p.m. with Rev. Jeff Acker officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
