Mary L. Adams, 81 of Delaware, died Thursday Morning March 6, 2003 at Grady Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Meigs County, Ohio on May 24, 1921 to the late Elmer and Frances (Swan) Pearson. She was a Delaware resident for over 49 years. Retired in 1987 as a Cook with the Delaware County Home, where she had

worked for 30 years. Member of the Radnor Baptist Church and Delaware F.O.E. #376.

Survived by Son : Melvin Durfey of Delaware; 2 Grandchildren: Diana Coy of Delaware and Loura Evans of Sunbury; 6 Great Grandchildren. Brother: William Pearson of Kenton.

Preceded in death by her husband Pearl Adams on March 15, 1998 and 3 Brothers.

Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, 75 W. William Street, Delaware where memorial services will follow at 4 p.m.
