MANSFIELD: Delsin Gene Lively, age 3, of Mansfield passed away Saturday morning, September 8, 2012 in MedCentral Mansfield Hospital.
He was born November 8, 2008 in Akron the son of Vernon and Tara (Hriesik) Lively and attended preschool at Richland Newhope.
Delsin was a fun loving kind hearted boy who always donned a cheerful smile. He loved car rides, especially when a huge hill was in the path. Delsin enjoyed watching Transformers and especially playing with his brothers and cousins.
Delsin is survived by an older brother Chayton and younger brother Tristan, paternal grandfather Keith Arnold Lively, Sr. of Mansfield, paternal grandmother Sandra Lively of Mansfield, maternal grandparents Jake and Sarah Hriesik of Mansfield, paternal great grandmother Mary Ratliff of Shiloh, and maternal great grandmother Juanita Hostetter of Mansfield, aunts and uncles Keith Arnold Lively, Jr., Jeremiah and Rebecca Lively, Jacob Lively and Debra Isaac, Brian Lively, Jason and Kelly Hriesik, Tina and John Accardi, and Tana and Justin Capron; and several cousins whom Delsin adored Trey, Gauge, Kaiedence, Alysia, Ava, Grayson, Lizzy, Maria, Joseph, Jakob, Kendall, Klaudia, Nathan and Summer.
The Lively family will host a celebration of Delsin’s life on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 6:00 pm in the home of Jake and Sarah Hriesik.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
